Bozone Hefe Weizen

This American version of a German classic wheat beer is unfiltered resulting in its turbid appearance. A light malt body with a mild yeasty flavor and a cloudy, golden color makes Bozone Hefe Weizen refreshing and satisfying.

The Hefe Weizen style has enjoyed remarkable success in the Pacific Northwest in the past decade accounting for as much as 90% of some breweries total production. Pronounced: Hay-fuh-vytzen....which translates to yeast wheat. Bozone Hefe Weizen is made with 60% wheat.
