Bohemian Brewery

The Bohemian Brewery brews by the German Purity Law (Reinheitsgebot) and brews only lagered beer. The lagers are fermented a just above freezing for 8 weeks allowing a natural carbonization to occur resulting in a crisp, clean finish with a full bodied beer.
