Dark types of malt are included in Aldersbacher Kloster Weisse Dunkel (Aldersbacher Monastary Wheat Dark) and the beer is allowed to ferment in the bottle in the traditional manner. It is brewed in accordance with the Bavarian Regulations on Beer Purity.
