It used to be that if you were lucky, you'd strike a pub with Coopers Dark Ale on tap.
But now Coopers Dark Ale is bottled.
The flavour lies somewhere between Coopers Sparkling Ale and Coopers Best Extra Stout, but the texture and appearance is less syrupy and cleaner.
Coopers Dark Ale is top fermented in the traditional manner.
A combination of dark and medium-roasted malt produces this rich, flavoursome brew that's especially satisfying in nippy weather.
