Coopers Special Old Stout is a carefully aged stout that has been crafted from a blend of malts with specially roasted black malt, naturally brewed with an extended top fermentation. Specifically aged at the Coopers Brewery under strict temperature controlled conditions, this product spends at least six months ageing before being released. This lengthy ageing process has therefore resulted in an ale with outstanding complexity complemented with a dark robust flavor and smooth finish.
