1664 Single Malt is made from a carefully selected single malt. It is made exclusively from a spring barley malt of exceptional quality. Brewed using water from the Bellefontaine source in Champigneulles, with its high mineral content, notably magnesium. A long maturing process produces full flavor and attractive fruity notes.
