    • It all started with a T-shirt. In 1994 in Rose City, Michigan the Bad Frog T-shirt was born. Soon after that the sale of fictitious Bad Frog Beer T-shirts started. People started asking for Bad Frog Beer so Jim Wauldron started Brewing in October 1995.
    Bad Frog Beer has been a success story with rapid expansion and even overseas sales. But soon after Bad Frog got sued in many states as the logo was perceived offensive. It seem that the frog is flipping the bird. Bad Frog's expansion was halted due to costs and it is banned in several states.
