Budelse Brouwerij is an independent and self-reliant family brewery with a rich history. It was established in 1870 under the name of Brouwerij "De Hoop" ("The Hope" Brewery). This name was selected 'in the hope that everything would go well’. The symbol of "the hope" is the anchor. This anchor was to be incorporated into the Budelse Brouwerij logo. Now the 4th generation, the Arts family has more than 130 years of experience and tradition in the brewing of beer.
The brewery has been regional in character from time immemorial, but the beer itself is increasingly being consumed and appreciated in other parts of the Netherlands. The brewery is located in the south-east of Brabant, in the centre of Budel. The Budelse Brouwerij supplies beers for both the catering industry and retail shops.
Budels beer is brewed according to traditional methods. Care and attention for the product is at the forefront. The bestowal of continuous monitoring and attention on the brewing process guarantee a beer of top quality.
