  • Brewmaster Vince Falcone began his brewing apprenticeship at Columbus Brewing Company, and after three years of study, went on to Hoster Brewing Company where he studied under Allen Young. In 1997, Vince became assistant brewmaster at the Virginia Beverage Company in Alexandria and later that year left to brew at the Wooden Pony in Mansfield to return to his Ohio roots. In 1998, he teamed up with owners Ryan and Dick Stevens to form the Elevator Brewing Company.
The Elevator Brewing Company carries 12 handcrafted beers on tap, which are the result of the inspiration and toil of Brewmaster Vince Falcone. 11 ales and lagers are complemented by one monthly or seasonal selection, all ranging from very light to very dark. The nitrogen injection system, the only one of its kind in Columbus, gives the Elevator Brewing Company the ability to make cascading stouts and light beers alike.
